630 N State utilizes BuildingLink for package notification, maintenance requests and several other features available to residents.

The building has a state of the art fitness center located on the 2nd floor.  Complimentary cable and Wi-Fi are available for residents.

Also located on the 2nd floor is the associations party room.  The room features plenty of seating, cable, internet and a full service updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

The storage lockers are all located on G8.  There is a storage locker assigned for each unit in the building.

High speed internet and HD cable services for two TV's are included with every condo.

Bicycle storage is available for residents in the basement.  All bikes stored must be registered to the building.

There are 200 deeded parking spaces on levels G3-G8.  The parking garage is accessible via State Street.

Free Notary Services for residents available in the management office.

The front desk is staffed 24-hours a day, seven days per week.
